Service Level Agreement

This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) outlines the service standards, responsibilities, and performance expectations between Experts ORM Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the client (“Client”).

This SLA applies to all Online Reputation Management (ORM) services purchased through ExpertsORMSolutions.com.


1. Scope of Services

We provide digital Online Reputation Management services including but not limited to:

  • Reputation Audit & Analysis
  • Negative Content Suppression
  • Review Management
  • Brand Monitoring
  • Crisis Reputation Strategy
  • Content Creation & Authority Building

Specific deliverables depend on the selected pricing plan or custom agreement.


2. Service Model

All services operate on a monthly retainer basis.

  • Minimum commitment: 3 months
  • Recommended engagement: 6 months or longer

ORM is an ongoing process requiring continuous monitoring, optimization, and execution.


3. Service Activation Timeline

  • Onboarding begins within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Work commences once required information and access credentials are received.

Delays in client response may delay project execution.


4. Performance Standards

We commit to:

  • Deliver agreed monthly deliverables as per selected plan
  • Implement ethical and white-hat strategies
  • Maintain professional communication
  • Provide regular reporting as outlined in the plan
  • Ensure confidentiality of client information

5. Reporting & Communication

Depending on the selected plan, clients may receive:

  • Monthly reports
  • Weekly updates (Authority Plan)
  • Strategy calls (if included)
  • Email and live chat support

Typical response time: 24–48 business hours.


6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant necessary access to platforms (if required)
  • Approve content within reasonable time
  • Maintain timely communication
  • Comply with applicable laws

Failure to cooperate may impact performance timelines.


7. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Due to the nature of search engines and third-party platforms:

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific ranking positions
  • Complete removal of third-party content
  • Fixed timeframes for suppression
  • Exact reputation score improvements

Results vary based on competition, algorithm updates, and external factors beyond our control.


8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Reputation issues
  • Crisis matters
  • Strategic documentation
  • Client identity (unless consent is provided)

All client data is handled with discretion and security.


9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service; however, we are not liable for interruptions caused by:

  • Third-party platform restrictions
  • Search engine algorithm updates
  • Technical failures outside our control
  • Force majeure events

10. Payment & Billing Terms

  • Payments are due in advance for each billing cycle.
  • All purchases are final.
  • No refunds are provided due to the digital nature of services.
  • Unlimited revisions are available within the scope of the selected plan.

11. Termination

Services may be terminated if:

  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Terms & Conditions are violated
  • Illegal or unethical requests are made

Clients may cancel after completing the minimum agreement period by providing written notice.


12. Limitation of Liability

Experts ORM Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue or business
  • Decisions made by search engines or third-party platforms

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid during the active billing period.


13. Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing any service from ExpertsORMSolutions.com, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Service Level Agreement.
