1. Nature of Our Services

Experts ORM Solutions provides digital and virtual Online Reputation Management (ORM) services including strategy development, content creation, monitoring, suppression campaigns, and reputation improvement solutions.

Because our services are:

  • Digital in nature
  • Strategy-based
  • Time-intensive
  • Resource-driven

They are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.


2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • All payments are final.
  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

Once work has commenced, resources and strategic efforts are allocated immediately, making refunds impractical.


3. Unlimited Revisions

While refunds are not available, we are committed to client satisfaction.

We provide:

✅ Unlimited revisions within the scope of the selected plan.

Revisions must remain within the agreed deliverables of the purchased package. Requests outside the original scope may require additional charges.


4. Monthly Retainer Commitment

All services operate on a monthly retainer basis.

  • Minimum commitment: 3 months
  • Recommended commitment for optimal results: 6 months or longer

Online reputation management is a long-term process, and meaningful results require consistent execution over time.

Early termination before the minimum agreement period does not qualify for refunds.


5. Custom Projects

For custom-quoted projects:

  • Payments are non-refundable once the project begins.
  • Strategy development and research time are billable and non-reversible.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

If you have concerns regarding services, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team for resolution.
